At Taylormade Exclusive, we try very hard to ensure the prices listed on our website are up-to-date and accurate, but occasionally, mistakes can happen. If a purchase is made on a product that does have a pricing error, we reserve the right to suspend all sales of the product in question and cancel the order. We greatly appreciate your business and understanding during these rare situations.
Wheel Fitment Policy:
Taylormade Exclusive cannot guarantee fitment on all vehicles, due to unique factors with each vehicle that may include (but are not limited to) larger than stock tires, altered or lifted suspensions, or orders that were not placed over the phone and not discussed with a Taylormade Exclusive wheel and tire consultant. Here at Taylormade Exclusive, we want to maintain the highest levels of honesty and integrity, and we will do everything within our reasonable abilities to ensure correct wheel fitment. At Taylormade Exlcusive, we do our best to get your order right, every time. If you need to return a product for any reason, we want to help make the return process as fast and as easy as possible.
Most of the products available at Taylormade Exclusive are returnable, provided they are returned with all original packaging, paperwork, and parts in new and unused condition.
To begin a return, you must request a return authorization within 30 days of receipt of the product and product must be received back at Taylormade Exclusive within 45 days of receiving the product. Upon approval of your return, you will be given a return authorization number. This number must be clearly labeled on the return package. Items returned without a return authorization number will not eligible for refund or exchanges.
- Contact Taylormade Exclusive at (901) 649-4580 to receive a return authorization number and return shipping address, along with detailed return instructions.
- Clearly write and/or affix the return authorization number on the package and return to the address specified.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless return is due to a manufacturer defect or a Taylormade Exclusive error. All returned wheels and tires will incur a 15-25% restocking fee, dependent upon the product manufacturer.
- The original method of payment used to place the order will be credited for the purchase price, excluding any return shipping or restocking fees. Taylormade Exclusive will send a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit.
If you receive an item that is broken or defective, Taylormade Exclusive will provide a prepaid return shipping label. To obtain a return label, please follow the return instructions above. Please keep in mind that certain defects such as minor scratches and scuffs to the backside of the wheel, that are not visible after installation, is normal and is not considered defective. Manufacturers do not fully finish this area of the wheel or protect it for transit, in most cases. Any damages or defects must be reported to Taylormade Exclusive prior to installation, so that Taylormade Exclusive can first determine the best course of action.
All returned wheels and tires require a minimum 15-25% restocking fee, depending on wheel or tire brand. These items qualify for a refund, less the restocking fee and any return shipping costs, when returned with all original packaging, paperwork, and parts in new and unused condition.
All shipments over $75 may require a signature upon delivery to ensure items are received safely. If a customer is unable to arrange for signature, and the shipment is returned, the restocking fee policy above will apply. If you have questions or concerns about the policies, please call us prior to placing your order.
Some products, including (but not limited to) custom patterned, custom built, and custom painted items, are not returnable. In the case of a manufacturer defect or Taylormade Exclusive error, these items may be returned for credit.
Authorized items must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork, and parts in new and unused condition. Items not returned in the above condition will fail inspection and a refund will not be issued.
Taylormade Exclusive will not compensate for damages incurred during product installation or use, nor will we reimburse for labor charges or installation fees, under any circumstances.
The customer is responsible for inspecting all products upon receipt of the items. Taylormade Exclusive must be notified of any incorrectly received products or shipping damage prior to installation. If notified after installation, Taylormade Exclusive cannot accept a return or exchange on any damaged or incorrectly received items. As with any vehicle part, Taylormade Exclusive cannot account for variations in vehicles due to age or customization. Occasionally minor modifications may be necessary to ensure correct fitment.
